These were the questions I found myself asking prior to leaving my marriage.
I’d spent my career dabbling in finance, healthcare, and the wellness industry. I’d proudly given birth, been married and divorced, built and sold a home. Showing up to serve during the 2008 housing crisis, and stepped onto the frontline to support suicidal patients during the COVID-19 crisis.
I was exhausted. Mentally. Physically. Emotionally.
Deep down, I knew… it was time to fill my own cup.
Maybe you feel the same?
Whether you want to have more honest fulfilling relationships, switch careers to align with your dharma (life’s purpose), become financially independent, heal from trauma, rewire the neuroplasticity of your brain to think more positively, or simply tap into your character strengths to live a more joyful life…
Positive psychology coaching includes writing, speaking, creating your best life by re-wiring the neuroplasticity of your brain in order to combat negative automatic thoughts and think more positively. For in this life, if you can dream it you can do it. But first you must believe it is possible. And I’m here to remind you that anything is.
I’ll help you get honest with yourself about your nonnegotiables, boundaries, value systems, attachment style, and more so you can create the relationships and connection you crave.
We’ll use positive psychology coaching combined with learning to tap into your mind and body to be present, and become aware of limiting beliefs and cognitive distortions that stem from traumatic experiences, so you can finally release the pain and live more fully.
Using my background in healthcare, and more than a decade of of experience with yoga and yogic meals, together we’ll tap into a setting SMART goals – specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time bound – to help combat whatever ailment you are facing. I believe most ailments can be cured through diet and exercise, and I am here to share everything I know with you. From books, to meal plans, to a combination of exercise coaching should you desire as well.
As a life long athlete, with a decade of experience in everything from dance to running to yoga, I will help you find the ways you enjoy moving your body so you can enjoy being in it and connecting with a physical practice again. Combatting situational depression through movement has been a blessing in my own life, providing the serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine that comes from physical movement. Exercise can even help you to slow the aging process through the generation of human growth hormones from high intensity interval work outs, or whatever you deem to be most fulfilling in meeting your physical movement needs.
Life coaching is all encompassing – none of us get out of life unscathed. We have all bared witness to our own story, trauma, and the byproduct of others.
Our society encourages us to disconnect from ourselves to numb and stuff down through consumption i.e. food, alcohol, sex, drugs, the hedonic treadmill of buying things we don’t need, that won’t fulfill us or make us happy, but that give us those quick little dopamine fixes.
I’m here to teach you everything I have learned through my own life experience and my professional certifications so you can free yourself from the shackles of your past and create a brand new you.
Take the first step towards reclaiming your power, and hop on my scheduler to chat!

This present moment is all that is guaranteed. Choose you. The greatest relationship and investment you’ll ever make.
